1. Scope of Service

ERM Rent a Car Ltd. provides vehicle rental services for specific periods. The platform is intended solely for reservations, payments, account management, and customer support purposes.

2. Account Use

Users may create an account to make reservations or track their transactions. Account credentials must be kept confidential. The user is responsible for any activity performed through their account.

3. Age and License Requirements

To rent a vehicle, users must be at least 24 years old and must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years. Failure to meet these requirements may result in reservation cancellation.

4. Reservation and Rental Process

A reservation begins when a user selects a vehicle and rental dates. The reservation is confirmed once the necessary documents are uploaded and payment is completed. The process will not continue until all required documents are approved.

5. Payment and Virtual POS

Payments can be made online (via Garanti BBVA Virtual POS), by bank transfer, cash, or POS device. Online transactions use TLS/SSL encryption and 3D Secure verification. Payments may be declined by Garanti BBVA or the card issuer for security reasons. Refunds are processed within 7 business days for cash payments, while bank and virtual POS refunds depend on the bank’s internal processing times. The Company is not responsible for bank-related delays.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Users may cancel reservations up to 24 hours before the rental time. Refund requests are manually reviewed by the accounting department. Partial payments may be refunded in accordance with company policy.

7. Prohibited Uses

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

1. Submitting false or misleading information
2. Reselling, reproducing, or misusing the platform
3. Attempting unauthorized access to the system
4. Accessing or manipulating other users’ data

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Company is not responsible for losses arising from system errors, internet outages, third-party providers, or force majeure events. Users are responsible for any delays or issues caused by their own actions, such as failing to provide required documents or submitting inaccurate information.

9. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, software, databases, designs, and content belong to ERM Rent a Car Ltd. and are protected by intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of Girne (Kyrenia).

11. Relation to Privacy Policy

These Terms of Service should be read in conjunction with the Company’s Privacy Policy. By using our services, you also agree to the terms stated in the Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications

ERM Rent a Car Ltd. reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time with prior notice. Updated Terms become effective upon publication on the official website.
