Cancellation requests can be submitted at least 24 hours before the scheduled vehicle collection time. Cancellations made within the final 24 hours, as well as bookings that are not collected, may be assessed separately in line with the booking terms.

Is a security deposit required when I rent a car?

A deposit or pre-authorisation may apply depending on the vehicle class and the details of your booking. The guarantee amount and the refund process are communicated to the customer before the rental is finalised.

Mileage terms can vary according to the vehicle category and the length of your rental. The allowance assigned to your booking, along with any excess mileage charge, is confirmed to you before the vehicle is handed over.

What fuel level should the car be returned with?

The vehicle is expected to be returned at the same fuel level as when you collected it. If fuel is missing, the cost of the shortfall and, where applicable, the related service charge may be calculated in line with the rental terms.

Will I be charged extra if I exceed the return time?

The rental vehicle must be returned on the date and at the time stated in the agreement. If the scheduled return time is exceeded, an additional usage charge may apply. If you would like to extend your rental period, please contact us in advance.
