First choose the comfort you expect from the car
Saloon, SUV or hatchback: first identify your preferred seating position and daily route. Then add the passenger count, belongings carried on the first and last days and two features that matter to you. The photographs and short comparison below help match the models to these needs.

This comparison helps build your shortlist. Assess luggage placement in the allocated car with all seats needed by passengers upright.
For six or seven passengers, resolve seating needs first; choosing a car for family and luggage explains this decision in detail.
Confirm the model and important equipment together
Read whether the quote is for a specific model or a vehicle group . If colour, model year or a particular feature affects your decision, state your request clearly and check how it is addressed in the booking confirmation. Match the pictured car to the details of your allocated vehicle.
Do not assume features such as CarPlay, Android Auto, a reversing camera or powered seat adjustment from a premium label. Name the feature you need and, for phone connectivity, your device model. Bluetooth calling does not mean maps can be displayed on the car screen.
Think about luggage with passengers in their seats
Instead of “there are four of us with two suitcases”, list large suitcases, cabin bags and other belongings separately. For a pushchair or long equipment, dimensions and a photograph in its transport configurationare more useful than the product name alone.
If a passenger will sit in the rear, do not count space created by folding that seat as luggage capacity. Assess the other passengers' places and access to belts with child seats installed. Alongside boot volume, the loading opening and item shapes matter; litres alone do not tell you how many large suitcases will fit.
For example, if arriving as four adults with two large suitcases and two cabin bags, share this list in advance for your chosen model. Even if outings from the hotel are luggage-free, all your belongings will be in the car on the first and last days.
Fit Kyrenia and Ercan delivery into your day
Share your flight number for Ercan collection, or the hotel's full name or exact address for Kyrenia collection. If you have a meeting or event, do not squeeze handover up against its start time. Allow time for inspection, documents and loading. Meeting details are in the Ercan car collection guide.
If your accommodation has a narrow car park or a steep entrance ramp, tell the reservations team. In an unfamiliar car, adjust the seat and mirrors and test phone connectivity while stationary . For your first drive, use the guide to preparing for left-side traffic .
Before returning, remove your phone from the car screen's paired-device list, and delete saved addresses and any transferred personal information. If you cannot find the menu, ask the handover team for help.
Bring your expectations together in one enquiry
